    On January 17, 2017, the Enedis Innovation Victories 2016 trophy ceremony took place. Two projects led by the teams of Enedis Pays de la Loire and the Lannion startup Apizee were rewarded. These two projects highlight the interests of video assistance in remote diagnosis.

     

    The Enedis Innovation Victories reward the successes initiated by employees throughout the year

     

    This approach places innovation at the heart of the digital transformation process initiated at ENEDIS. On January 17, two trophies were awarded to the Enedis Pays de la Loire teams for the deployment of two video-assistance solutions implemented in partnership with Apizee.

     

    The silver medal for the real-time video-assistance solution for internal use Apizee Diag

     

    The silver medal was awarded to the Apizee Diag solution, a real-time video assistance solution for internal use, allowing network technicians to be assisted at any time by an internal expert in the event of difficulties encountered during the encounter of an intervention in the field. When technicians are faced with a complex field situation, they have received in real time the feed from the camera of their smartphone. Experts take photos remotely, annotate them, and speed up the resolution of the problem. Apizee Diag meets the challenges of an industrial company and its desire to perform acts of absolute reliability.

     

    The bronze medal for the CAD Reflex video-diagnostic solution

     

    The second trophy concerns the bronze medal awarded to the CAD Reflex solution. This solution facilitates the remote diagnosis of Enedis during the telephone exchange with the client. The customer receives an SMS which allows him to take and send photos via a simple and efficient web mechanism.

     

    With the deployment of these two solutions, Enedis aims to strengthen customer relations and its commitment to the new generation of public services.
