SMART INDUSTRIES, the great appointment for the connected, collaborative and efficient industry will be held in the framework of the first Lyon edition of GLOBAL INDUSTRIE, the most important industrial event in France, from 5 to 8 March 2019 at the Euroexpo Lyon Exhibition Center. The event will showcase high-level conferences, dozen of innovative startups and solutions for the Industry of the Future with the goal of making the factories smarter and more responsible.

Inspection checklists

 

This feature allows you to create and use checklists and generate inspection reports. The inspection feature can be used in any device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, connected glasses, endoscope…).

 

During an inspection, in case of doubt or if necessary, the technician can create à multi-participant video conference.

Help Center multi-experts

 

This feature is a support request management system that allows experts and technicians to assist non remotely no-logged users and track the status of ongoing support requests. The remote user receives an SMS and one click is enough to start the video-assistance session.

New feature!  Video-assistance request feature is now available in multi-participant mode because in some cases, more than one expert are needed to solve a problem faster.
