For more than 20 years Eurexo has been the link between insurers and their clients in insurance claims. When a policyholder has an incident the insurer calls on Eurexo to provide support. This requires trust, a sense of service, technical excellence, teams spirit and a spirit of innovation.

 

Eurexo’s task, as an impartial and independent loss adjuster, is to determine the cause of the incident and estimate the sum associated with the claim. Eurexo has experts that manage the sensitivity in the relationship between the client and the insurer whilst keeping the requirements of each insurer in mind.

    Video communication is increasingly requested by insurance companies seeking to increase the volume of claims processed and stand out in a highly competitive sector. Eurexo already had a tool in place, but it was very little used due to a complex customer journey and technical constraints. Eurexo wanted to find a solution that simplified the customer journey.

    Apizee solution

    Eurexo chose the Apizee solution for the remote appraisals carried out by experts. With Apizee, the customer journey is much simpler since the policyholder no longer needs to download an application or create an account. A single click on an email or SMS invitation is enough to start the video appraisal. Experts can invite the clients to an appraisal immediately or by appointment.

     

    During the video appraisal, the expert can take HD pictures remotely and share real-time annotations on the pictures with the client. The virtual whiteboard feature also allows the expert to draw up descriptive diagrams and share them with the client. At the end of the appraisal, the expert can have access to all the pictures taken, photos are geotagged and time stamped.

     

    Apizee is an effective solution that allows us to be in direct visual contact with the client and his or her incident. We simply establish a link and the collaborative tools help us to agree corrections in the claim or identify areas of disagreement.
